摘　　要：患者女,52岁,以右侧乳房界限清楚的半环状红褐色斑块为主要临床表现。皮损组织病理见真皮内梭状细胞增生,细胞核呈长条状,两端略钝,有丝分裂象少见;梭状细胞周围有明显的嗜伊红染色的胶原基质。免疫组织化学:波形蛋白、平滑肌肌动蛋白阳性,结蛋白、细胞角蛋白、上皮膜抗原、Ki-67、CD34及S-100均阴性。手术切除后随访1年未见复发。A 52-year-old female presented with a semicircular reddish-brown plaque with a clear boundary on the right breast.Histopathological examination showed that the proliferation of spindle cells in the dermis,the nucleus was long,slightly blunt at both ends,mitosis was rare,and there was obvious eosinophilic collagen matrix around the spindle cells.Immunohistochemistry results showed the tumor cells were positive for vimentin andsmooth muscle actin but negative for desmin,cytokeratin,epithelial membrane antigen,Ki-67,CD34 and S-100.The patient was followed up for 1 years after excision of the tumors and recurrences were not observed.
