眼皮肤白化病并多发性基底细胞癌1例

摘　　要：患者女,31岁。皮肤、毛发色素脱失31年,右耳廓内、耳前、颈部红斑5年,糜烂伴疼痛1年。皮损皮肤镜下可见树枝样毛细血管扩张,组织病理示:真皮内散在分布的基底样细胞肿瘤团块,周边细胞成栅栏状排列,并可见收缩间隙(右耳前);真皮内基底样细胞呈巢状嵌入致密的真皮胶原纤维之间(右颈部)。诊断:眼皮肤白化病伴结节型基底细胞癌及硬斑病样型基底细胞癌。采用外科手术扩大切除后无复发。A 31-year-old female presented whith depigmentation of skin and hair for 31 years,with erythema in the right auricle,front of the ear,and neck for 5 years,and the lesions with erosion and pain for 1 year.Dendritic capillary dilation could be seen under dermatoscope.Histopathology showed scattered basal-like cell tumor masses in the dermis,with surrounding cells arranged in fences,and contraction gaps(in front of the right ear)were visible;nested basal-like cells in the dermis between dense dermal collagen fibers can be seen(right neck).The diagnosis of oculocutaneous albinism accompany nodular basal cell carcinoma and morphea-like basal cell carcinoma was mad.No recurrence was found after extensive surgical resection.
