摘 要:以乌鲁木齐城市轨道交通1号线为依托,设计宽枕板式聚氨酯固化道床轨道结构,并进行动力特性和减振性能研究。结果表明:与无砟轨道结构相比,宽枕板式聚氨酯固化道床轨道结构在列车振动荷载作用下会产生迟滞弹性变形,有利于能量耗散,轮轨垂向力均值及峰值分别减少17.9%和9.8%;无砟轨道结构脱轨系数在0.04~0.22范围内,而宽枕板式聚氨酯道床轨道结构脱轨系数在0.03~0.08范围内,行车稳定性更高;与无砟轨道结构相比,宽枕板式聚氨酯固化道床轨道结构的Z振级插入损失为8.1 dB,最大插入损失为11.18 dB,对应中心频率为40 Hz,具有较好减振性能。The track structure with wide sleeper slab polyurethane solidified ballast bed was designed to study the dynamic characteristics and the vibration reduction performance based on the Line 1 of Urumqi urban rail transit.The results show that:compared with the structure of ballastless track,the track structure with wide sleeper slab polyurethane solidified ballast bed will produce hysteretic elastic deformation under train vibration load,which conduces to energy dissipation.The reductions of the mean and the peak of the wheel-rail vertical stress are 17.9%and 9.8%respectively.The derailment coefficient of ballastless track structure is in the range of 0.04-0.22,while the derailment coefficient of the track structure with wide sleeper slab polyurethane solidified ballast bed is in the range of 0.03-0.08,which has a higher driving stability.Compared with the structure of ballastless track,the insertion loss of Z vibration level of the track structure with wide sleeper slab polyurethane solidified ballast bed is 8.1 dB,the maximum insertion loss is 11.18 dB and the corresponding center frequency is 40 Hz,which has better vibration reduction performance.
