摘 要:国家从战略层面提出了节水优先的绿色发展理念,而高校作为用水大户及培育人才的集中地,一方面应积极响应国家节水行动,另一方面应发挥引领示范作用。本文结合高校特点,从看不见的“地下管网”到全局视角下的不同类型用水,再到最直观的用水终端,以3个不同维度说明了水资源浪费现象。针对上述问题,分别从建设、管理、节约意识及非常规水资源利用角度加以分析,深度挖掘高校节水潜力、探索节水应用,最终结合合同节水项目,提出了系列实际节水举措,为建设节水型高校提供了思路。The country puts forward the green development concept of water saving priority from the strategic level,and universities,as large water users and centers for cultivating talents,should actively respond to the national water saving actions on the one hand,and play a leading role in demonstration on the other hand.Combined with the characteristics of colleges and universities,this paper illustrates the phenomenon of water resources waste from the invisible“underground pipe network”,different types of water use from the global perspective,and then to the most intuitive water use terminal in three different dimensions.In view of the above problems,this paper analyzes them from the perspectives of construction,management,saving consciousness and unconventional water resources utilization,explores the water-saving potential and application of colleges and universities,and finally puts forward a series of practical water-saving measures combined with contract water-saving projects,which provides ideas for building water-saving colleges and universities.
