摘　　要：高校青年教师导师制对青年教师的成长和师资队伍建设发挥着重要作用。文章阐述了青年教师导师制的功能定位,分析了当前青年教师导师制的实施现状,并从细化导师的指导内容与目标、完善监督考核评价机制以及完善保障措施等方面指明了完善青年教师导师制的实现路径。The tutorial system for young teachers in universities plays an important role in the growth of young teachers and the construction of the teaching staff.The paper elaborates on the functional positioning and the current implementation status of the system.It is suggested that the tutorial system for young teachers be improved through specifying the tutorial content and objectives,perfecting the supervising and assessment mechanism,and improving the safeguard measures.
