摘　　要：心理咨询转介是咨询实务工作中的常见行为,不合乎伦理的转介会有诸多负面影响。该文介绍了咨询转介可能对个案与咨询师的影响,呈现了专业伦理守则中关于转介伦理规范的变迁;从转介原因与转介过程两方面阐明了影响咨询转介效果的因素;并从转介机构、转介个案的咨询师与接收个案的咨询师等三方面探讨了促进转介成功的应对策略,以期为咨询转介提供理论参考与实务指南。It is common to refer clients to the other counselors in counseling.However,there are many negative consequences if referrals of counseling are unethical.The possible effects of referrals on clients and counselors are described in this article.And the evolution of referral ethics in professional codes of ethics is presented.The reasons of referrals and the process of referrals are the main factors to influence the referral.Coping strategies for successful referrals are discussed.There are some suggestions for agencies and counselors which are benefit for counselors to refer clients successfully.Theoretical reference and practical guidance for referral can be obtained.
