摘 要:针对电压源型逆变器的死区时间、动作时间、导通压降等非线性因素造成的永磁同步电机参数在线辨识误差,提出一种针对死区时间非线性因素的逆变器补偿方案,以及考虑导通压降的参数辨识优化方案。推导了电压源型逆变器非线性因素的模型与补偿策略,设置补偿时间补偿由死区时间、动作时间导致的电压误差;考虑到电压源型逆变器有源器件与二极管存在的导通电压与电流之间的线性关系,明确等效电阻问题,并分析其对参数辨识结果的影响;研究基于双稳态恒转矩算法的永磁同步电机在线辨识模型,验证算法辨识结果的高准确性,借此设计出等效电阻的计算方案。最后,对所提出的方法进行了实验验证。The nonlinear factors of the voltage source invertersuch as the dead time,the operating time and the conduction voltage drop will result in the calculation errors of parameters’identification of the permanent magnet synchronous motor.To solve this problem,an inverter compensation scheme regarding the nonlinear factors due to dead zone was proposed and the calculation method was optimized by considering the conduction voltage drop.The model and compensation strategy of the voltage source inverter nonlinear factor were derived,and an appropriate compensation time was set to compensate the voltage error caused by the dead time and the operating time.Because of the linear relationship between the on-voltage and current of the active device and diode of the voltage source inverter,namely the equivalent resistance,its influence on the parameter identification result was analyzed.The online identification model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor based on the bistable constant torque algorithm was studied and proven to possess the high identification result accuracy,thereby used to calculate the equivalent resistance.Finally,the experimental validations were carried out.
