摘 要:胶质瘤是目前最为常见的一种恶性肿瘤,约占我国中枢神经系统癌症的五分之二。EGFR受体是一种由上皮生长因子(egf)细胞扩增增殖和信号传导的酪氨酸激酶型受体,其扩增和过度表达对胶质癌的早期发生和扩散发育过程当中产生了巨大的作用,并且与肿瘤的等级呈正相关,EGFR与其受体的结合可以引起参加和调控细胞的分化、生长、迁移和凋亡,关键信号的传导路径活化,可以促进恶性肿瘤细胞的新陈代谢增殖及其侵袭。本文主要通过对EGFR与胶质瘤密切相关的国内外现有学术文献及其生物化学特征的研究为依据进行了分析总结EGFR在胶质瘤的发生和演变中的功能及其机制,以便更好地针对性做出一种更好的治疗方法。Glioma is the most common malignant tumor,accounting for about two fifths of the central nervous system cancer in China.EGFR receptor is a tyrosine kinase type receptor which is amplified and proliferated by epithelial growth factor(EGF)cells and signal transduction.Its amplification and overexpression play an important role in the early development and proliferation of glioma,and is positively correlated with the grade of tumor,The binding of EGFR and its receptor can induce and regulate the differentiation,growth,migration and apoptosis of cells.The activation of key signal transduction pathway can promote the metabolism,proliferation and invasion of malignant tumor cells.In this paper,based on the analysis of the existing academic literature and biochemical characteristics of EGFR and glioma,we summarized the function and mechanism of EGFR in the occurrence and evolution of glioma,in order to make a better targeted treatment.
