摘 要:设计了磷酸盐修饰型纳米MgO的合成、表征及光催化性能测试综合实验。以一水合亚磷酸钠和市售纳米MgO为前驱物,采用一步固相焙烧法制备了磷酸盐修饰型纳米MgO。利用XRD、BET、SEM、DRS等常规测试技术对修饰前后纳米MgO进行了表征和分析,并考察了在模拟太阳光照射下样品的光催化性能。该实验以传统绝缘体MgO为研究对象,设计方案简单、新颖,利于学生理解材料结构和创新性思维的培养;实验内容涉及材料合成、常规表征及光催化性能评价等多方面知识,可提高学生科研素质和能力水平。A comprehensive experiment about preparation,characterization and photocatalytic performance of phosphate-modified MgO materials was designed in this paper.The phosphate-modified MgO materilas were prepared by solid phase calcination method with sodium hypephosphite monohydrate and commercial MgO as precursors.These as-prepared samples were respectively characterized by some common techniques such as XRD,BET,SEM,DRS and compared their photocatalytic performances under simulated sunlight irradiation.The experiment design of the traditional insulator MgO as the research object is simple and novel,benefitting to students’comprehension of material structures and cultivation of innovative thinking.The experiment content involves material synthesis,common characterizations and photocatalytic performance,which is convenient to improve students’scientific research quality and ability from the perspective of a multi-disciplinary thought.
