摘　　要：随着高校办学规模的不断扩大和科研任务的日益增多,实验室的安全管理工作逐渐成为实验室建设的重点。为了实现高校生物实验室安全的科学系统化管理,通过研究UNC大学生物实验室安全的管理措施和经验,对我国高校在生物实验室风险评估、实验室人员准入制度、网络化实验室安全与环保培训制度、实验室功能分区建设、实验室废弃物存放与处理等具体方面的借鉴意义,提出我国高校应建立专业化实验室安全管理部门、加强生物实验室安全与环保的网络化管理、加强生物实验室安全与环保管理的设备与监管投入的建议,提高我国高校生物实验室安全管理的规范性和科学性。With the continuous expansion of the university scale and the increase of scientific research tasks,laboratory biosafety management has become one of the focuses of laboratory construction.We analyzed the guidelines and practices of laboratory biosafety management in the United States,with the system applied by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a model.Moreover,we summarized the positive experience of the U.S system which we can learn,including the risk assessment of the biological laboratories,the admission system of laboratory personnel,environmental protection training system by using the Internet,the construction of laboratory functional divisions,and the storage and treatment of laboratory waste,etc.Finally,It is proposed that Chinese colleges and universities should establish professional laboratory safety management departments,strengthen the networked management of laboratory biosafety and environmental protection,and increase the financial investment in the equipment for biosafety and environmental protection management,so that the standardization and rationality of laboratory biosafety management in China can be improved.
