摘 要:目的联合德尔菲法和层次分析(AHP)法构建基于岗位胜任力的中药临床药师培训学员评价体系。方法采用文献调研法收集中药临床药师培训相关资料,初步构建中药临床药师培训学员评价体系;采用德尔菲法设计专家咨询问卷,以获得定性评价指标,采用AHP法确定各指标权重。结果优化筛选得到6个一级指标,包括专业知识、基本知识、药学服务能力、学习发展能力、基本能力、职业素养,其权重分别为17.96%,14.31%,18.13%,15.90%,16.85%,16.85%;获得33个二级指标及释义,二级指标组合权重占比范围介于1.20%~5.83%,其中最高为"D1自主学习能力",组合权重为5.83%。一致性检验结果均较好,矩阵随机一致性比率(CR)均小于0.10。结论科学、全面、客观地构建了基于岗位胜任力的中药临床药师培训学员评价体系,可为中药临床药师培训学员的培训、考核、评价提供参考。Objective To establish the evaluation system for TCM clinical pharmacist trainees based on job competency by the Delphi method combined with the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Methods The training relevant data of TCM clinical pharmacist trainees were collected by literature research,and the evaluation system for TCM clinical pharmacist trainees was initially established.Delphi method was used to design the expert consultation questionnaire to obtain qualitative evaluation indexes,and AHP method was used to determine the weight of each index.Results Six first-level indexes were obtained through optimized screening:professional knowledge,basic knowledge,pharmaceutical care ability,learning and development ability,basic ability and professionalism,with weight of 17.96%,14.31%,18.13%,15.90%,16.85%and 16.85%,respectively.A total of 33 secondary indexes and their definitions were obtained.The weight of secondary indexes ranged from 1.20%to 5.83%,among which the″D1 self-learning ability″,with weight of 5.83%.The results of the consistency test were good,and the matrix random consistency ratio(CR)was less than 0.10.Conclusion A scientific,comprehensive and objective evaluation system for TCM clinical pharmacist trainees has been established based on job competence,which can provide a reference for the training,assessment and evaluation of TCM clinical pharmacist trainees.
