产教融合背景下高职院校学生创新创业能力的培养

摘　　要：随着构建产教融合的现代职业教育体系的提出,创新创业教育以其综合性、实践性、多样性特征成为新时期推进人才培养机制的突破口,也是高职院校深化综合改革的必然要求。当前,高职院校还存在对学生创新创业重视程度不够、创新创业师资力量比较薄弱、学生创新创业主体意识不强等问题。高职院校应通过构建协同育人机制、加强创业师资队伍建设、构建培养学生创新创业能力的课程体系、搭建开放化创业实践平台、加大宣传力度、加强校园文化建设等途径不断提高学生创新创业能力。with the proposal of building a modern vocational education system integrating production and education,innovation and entrepreneurship education,with its comprehensive,practical and diverse characteristics,has become a breakthrough to promote the personnel training mechanism in the new era,and is also the inevitable requirement of deepening the comprehensive reform of higher vocational colleges.At present,there are still some problems in higher vocational colleges,such as the lack of attention to students"innovation and entrepreneurship,the weakness of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers,and the weak awareness of students^innovation and entrepreneurship.Higher vocational colleges should constantly improve students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability by building collaborative education mechanism,strengthening the construction of entrepreneurship teachers,building curriculum system to cultivate students^innovation and entrepreneurship ability,building open entrepreneurship practice platform,increasing publicity,strengthening the construction of campus culture and other ways.
