一核四翼:师范教育专业四年一贯制思政一体化路径构建——以学前教育专业为例

摘　　要：为落实立德树人的根本任务,把思想政治教育贯穿人才培养的全过程,提高师范院校人才培养质量。文章在审视学前教育专业思政现存问题的基础上,进行了“一核四翼”专业思政的基本路径的探讨。师范教育专业以立德树人为根本,以理想信念教育为核心,依托管理思政、全课程思政、生活思政、实践思政四翼达成全程全方位全员思政的新局面,以提高师范教育专业思政工作的实效性。In order to fulfill the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue,ideological and political education should be conducted throughout the whole process of undergraduate education,so as to improve the quality of undergraduate education in normal universities.On the basis of examining the existing problems of ideological and political education in preschool education major,this paper discusses the basic path of ideological and political education of“one core and four wings”pattern from the perspective of ideological and political integration of four-year integrated system for normal education.The normal education major should take moral education as the foundation and takes ideal and belief education as the core,make the four wings of management,whole curriculum,life and practice to achieve a new situation of all-round ideological and political management,so as to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political work in normal education.
