摘  要:针对某煤矿压风与制氮系统自动化程度低、无法满足智能化建设要求的问题,提出了在线集控系统设计方案,详细介绍了系统的控制方法和控制流程,利用OPC UA与WEKA平台技术,进行了短时供气压力需求时间序列预测,同时新地引入煤矿安全监控系统传感器数据,为煤矿井下防灭火灾提供了重要保障。实际运行表明,该集控系统能够满足压风与制氮机在线自动控制的要求,并且能够根据短时供气压力需求预测,来平衡压风机供气压力与运行时间,起到均衡管路压力、提高设备使用寿命的作用。In view of the problems that the control system of air compressors and nitrogen generator in a coal mine has a low degree of automation and cannot meet the requirements of intelligent construction,a plan of the online centralized control system is proposed,and the control method and control flow of the system are introduced in detail.OPC UA and WEKA platform technology are used to predict the time series of short supply gas pressure demand.Meanwhile,OPC UA technology is applied to creatively introduce sensor data of the safety monitoring system,which provides an important guarantee for preventing and extinguishing fires in the coal mine.The actual operation shows that the control system can meet the requirements of online automatic control of air compressors and nitrogen generator,and can balance the pressure and operation time of air compressors according to the short time supply gas demand forecast,and can play the role of equalizing pipeline pressure and improving the service life of the equipment.
