枳椇果序轴水提取液对NASH的预防和治疗研究

摘　　要：目的:研究枳椇不同部位水提取物对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)的防治作用。方法:采用高脂饮食诱导NASH动物模型。为了防止NASH的发生,我们给枳椇不同部位的水提取物,观察枳椇不同部位水提取物对模型大鼠肝组织丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)及组织病理学的影响。结果:12周后,模型组肝组织匀浆MDA含量明显高于正常组,SOD和GSH-Px含量降低,肝组织出现脂肪变性和坏死性炎症。结果表明,枳椇不同部位水提物能显著降低肝脏炎症和脂肪变性程度(p<0.01),降低MDA含量(p<0.01),提高SOD和GSH-Px活性(p<0.01或p<0.05)。结论:枳椇不同部位水提取物能减少脂质沉积和炎性细胞浸润,对NASH大鼠有良好的预防作用。Objective:Oxidative stress is the most important factor in Nash.The prevention and treatment effects of water extracts from different parts of Hovenia dulcis Thunb on Nash disease were studied.Methods:The animal model of Nash dog was induced by high fat diet.To prevent Nash disease,we give water extracts from different parts of Hovenia dulcis Thunb.To observe the effects of water extracts from different parts of Hovenia dulcis Thunb on malondialdehyde(mda),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and histopathology in liver tissue of model rats.Results:After 12 weeks,mda content in liver homogenate of model group was significantly higher than that of normal group,sod and GSH-Px content decreased,and fatty degeneration and necrotic inflammation appeared in liver tissue.The results showed that the water extracts from different parts of Hovenia dulcis Thunb can significantly reduce the degree of liver inflammation and steatosis(p<0.01),reducing mda content(p<0.01),and increased the activities of sod and GSH-Px(p<0.01 or p<0.05)。Conclusion:Water extracts from different parts of Hovenia dulcis Thunb can reduce lipid deposition and inflammatory cell infiltration,and have a good preventive effect on nash rats.
