奥氮平联合齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨奥氮平联合齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症患者的效果。方法:选取2018年5月-2020年2月本院收治的精神分裂症患者80例。随机分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予奥氮平治疗,研究组给予奥氮平联合齐拉西酮治疗。观察分析两组治疗效果、血清学指标[肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及白细胞介素-2(IL-2)]、糖脂代谢指标[甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血清总胆固醇(TC)]及TESS评分。结果:治疗后,研究组TESS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后,研究组TC、TG、LDL-C、FBG水平低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组TNF-α、IL-2及IL-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对精神分裂症患者应用奥氮平联合齐拉西酮治疗可有效增强效果,并促进患者糖脂代谢指标改善,使患者血清学指标水平尽快后恢复到正常范围,并进一步减少多种不良反应发生的可能性,可推广使用。Objective:To investigate the effect of Olanzapine combined with Ziprasidone in patients with schizophrenia.Method:A total of 80 schizophrenic patients admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Olanzapine,the study group was treated with Olanzapine combined with Ziprasidone.The therapeutic effect,serological indexes[tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-2(IL-2)],glucose lipid metabolism indexes[triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC)]and TESS score of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Result:After treatment,the TESS score was significantly lower in the study group than that in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,FBG in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of TNF-α,IL-2 and IL-6 in the study group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Olanzapine combined with Zipacidone can effectively enhance the therapeutic effect and promote the improvement of glucose and lipid metabolism indexes in patients with schizophrenia,so that the serological index level of patients can be restored to the normal range as soon as possible,and further reduce the possibility of multiple adverse reactions,which can be widely used.
