非静脉曲张性消化道出血患者内镜下金属钛夹止血治疗的效果及再出血发生情况分析

摘　　要：目的:非静脉曲张性消化道出血患者内镜下金属钛夹止血治疗的效果及再出血发生情况。方法:选2017年7月-2020年7月收治的非静脉曲张性消化道出血患者82例,随机分为两组,对照组患者喷洒去甲肾上腺素,研究组患者止血方式选择内镜下金属钛夹。比较两组病情控制率、止血效果(及时止血、有效止血和外科手术)、再出血率、恢复情况(恢复肠鸣音时间、住院时间、输血量)。结果:对照组病情控制率低于研究组(P<0.05);对照组止血效果比研究组差,且再出血率高于研究组(P<0.05);研究组的恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:非静脉曲张性消化道出血患者内镜下金属钛夹止血治疗效果显著,改善临床病情控制率和患者恢复情况,还能提高止血效果和降低再出血率,应推广应用。Objective:To investigate the hemostatic effect and rebleeding of endoscopic titanium clip in patients with non-variceal gastrointestinal bleeding.Method:A total of 82 patients with non-varicose gastrointestinal bleeding admitted from July 2017 to July 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were sprayed with Noradrenaline,and patients in the study group were treated with endoscopic titanium clip for hemostasis.The disease control rate,hemostasis effect(timely hemostasis,effective hemostasis and surgical operation),rebleeding rate,recovery(recovery of intestinal sounds,hospitalization time,and the amount of blood transfusion of patients)were compared between the two groups.Result:The disease control rate of the control group was lower than that of the study group(P<0.05);the hemostatic effect of the control group was worse than that of the study group,and the rebleeding rate was higher than that of the study group(P<0.05);the recovery of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hemostatic effect of endoscopic titanium clip in patients with non-variceal gastrointestinal bleeding is significant,which can improve the clinical condition control rate and the recovery of patients,improve the hemostatic effect and reduce the rebleeding rate,so it should be popularized.
