认知矫正治疗慢性精神分裂症患者认知功能缺陷的有效性探析

摘　　要：目的:探究对伴有认知功能缺陷慢性精神分裂症患者施行认知矫正治疗的效果。方法:借助信封随机法将2018年8月-2019年8月笔者所在医院120例伴有认知功能缺陷慢性精神分裂症患者分为对照组(60例,施行常规工娱治疗)、认知矫正治疗组(60例,施行认知矫正治疗)。对比两组治疗依从率、认知功能评分、社会功能缺陷(SDSS)量表评分、阳性与阴性症状(PANSS)量表评分、日常生活能力量表评分。结果:认知矫正治疗组治疗后认知功能评分较对照组更高,且SDSS量表评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);治疗后认知矫正治疗组PANSS量表评分和对照组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但认知矫正治疗组日常生活能力量表评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);认知矫正治疗组治疗依从率(95.00%)较对照组(83.33%)更高(P<0.05)。结论:对伴有认知功能缺陷慢性精神分裂症患者施行认知矫正治疗有助于改善其认知功能及社会功能,并有助于增强其日常生活能力及治疗依从性,可行性较高。Objective:To explore the effect of cognitive correction therapy on chronic schizophrenia with cognitive impairment.Method:A total of 120 patients with chronic schizophrenia with cognitive impairment from August 2018 to August 2019 in our hospital were divided into control group(60 cases,routine entertainment therapy)and cognitive correction treatment group(60 cases,cognitive correction therapy)by random envelope method.The treatment compliance rate,cognitive function score,social disability scale(SDSS),positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS)and activities of daily living scale were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the cognitive function score of the cognitive correction treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the SDSS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between cognitive correction treatment group and control group in PANSS score(P>0.05),but the ADL score of the cognitive correction treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate of the cognitive correction treatment group(95.00%)was higher than 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of cognitive correction therapy for chronic schizophrenia patients with cognitive impairment is helpful to improve their cognitive function and social function,and to enhance their daily life ability and treatment compliance,with high feasibility.
