摘 要:目的探索流产后关爱(PAC)微信宣教在早孕人工流产患者健康宣教中的应用效果。方法选取2020年2月至7月就诊于重庆市妇幼保健院的600例因非意愿妊娠行早期人工流产的女性患者作为研究对象。随机分为对照组与观察组,每组300例。对照组采取门诊医生询问+发放健康教育处方的方式进行宣教,观察组在对照组的基础上增加微信集体宣教和个体咨询。术后采用问卷调查比较两组对PAC健康宣教内容知晓率、PAC服务满意度,并统计术后高效、长效避孕方法使用率。结果观察组健康宣教内容的知晓率及满意度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组高效和长效避孕方法使用率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对早孕要求的人工流产患者采取PAC微信宣教的方式切实可行,不仅打破了传统宣教方式的弊端,还明显提高了患者对避孕知识的知晓率、满意度,促进了人工流产术后及时落实有效避孕方法,减少重复流产,值得临床推广和研究。Objective To explore the effect of post-abortion care(PAC) WeChat mission in the health mission of women who have artificial abortion in early pregnancy. Methods 600 female patients who have artificial abortion in early pregnancy due to unwanted pregnancy in Chongqing Health Center for Women and Children from February to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 300 cases in each group. In the control group, the public education was carried out by the way of outpatient consultation + health education prescription. In the observation group, WeChat collective public education and individual consultation were added on the basis of the control group. Questionnaire survey was used to compare the awareness rate of PAC health education content and satisfaction with PAC service between the two groups, and the utilization rate of effective and long-term contraceptive methods after surgery was counted. Results The awareness rate and satisfaction degree of health education in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The utilization rates of high-efficiency and long-acting contraceptive methods in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions It is practical and feasible to adopt PAC WeChat education for patients who require artificial abortion in early pregnancy. It not only break the disadvantages of traditional education mode, and also significantly improves patients′ awareness and satisfaction with contraceptive knowledge, promotes timely implementation of effective contraceptive methods after artificial abortion, and reduces repeated abortions, which has clinical application value.
