摘  要:以紫斑牡丹“京华晴雪”为材料,研究不同浓度亚精胺(Spd)和精胺(Spm)对切花瓶插寿命、花径、鲜重、水分平衡值的影响。结果表明,基本液(BS)(2%蔗糖+300 mg/L柠檬酸+200 mg/L 8-HQ)处理能有效减少紫斑牡丹花枝吸水,增加鲜重。瓶插液⑥(BS+0.1 mmol/L Spm+0.1 mmol/L Spd)和瓶插液④(BS+0.1 mmol/L Spm)处理能够显著增加切花瓶插寿命,延长最佳观赏期,维持花枝持水能力,增加花枝鲜重,延迟水分平衡值到达0的时间,从而延缓衰老进程。瓶插液⑥(BS+0.1 mmol/L Spm+0.1 mmol/L Spd)还能够显著促进花径增大。综上,瓶插液⑥(BS+0.1 mmol/L Spm+0.1 mmol/L Spd)能够显著改善紫斑牡丹切花采后水分平衡,增大花径,延长瓶插寿命,保鲜效果最佳。Paeonia rockii“Jing Hua Qing Xue”was used as the materials,the effects of different concentrations of spermidine and spermine on vase life,flower diameter,fresh weight and water balance value of cut flowers were studied.The results showed that basic solution(BS)(2%sucrose+300 mg/L citric acid+200 mg/L 8-HQ)could reduce water deficit and increase the fresh weight of cut flowers.Vase solution⑥(BS+0.1 mmol/L Spm+0.1 mmol/L Spd)and vase solution④(BS+0.1 mmol/L Spm)could significantly prolong the vase life and the best viewing period,maintain the water holding capacity of the flowers,increase the fresh weight,and delay the time when the water balance value reached 0,thus delaying the aging process of cut flowers.Vase solution⑥(BS+0.1 mmol/L Spm+0.1 mmol/L Spd)also could significantly increase the flower diameter.Vase solution⑥(BS+0.1 mmol/L Spm+0.1 mmol/L Spd)could effectively improve water balance of the cut petals,increase flower diameter and prolong the vase life of cut flowers,the preservation effect was the best.
