基于红外热成像技术探索音声引气对五脏气机变化的影响

摘　　要：目的:基于红外热成像技术,探索不同音声对人体五脏气机变化的影响。方法:于2019年3月至6月纳入30名健康大学生作为研究对象,选择传统气功五元庄的五脏发音经过系统发音训练后,检测发音前后五脏募穴的红外热图变化,记录五脏募穴的温度并进行相应的统计学分析。结果:发五元庄的五脏之音(肝脏之音“Tü”、心脏之音“Xin”、脾脏之音“Gang”、肺脏之音“Sang”、肾脏之音“Ei”)后,其相应的募穴(期门、巨阙、章门、中府、京门)温度较发音前显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:五元庄的五脏发音可以强化五脏的精气,且不同五脏发音对五脏气机的影响不同,为“音声引气”的理论和传统的音乐疗法与养生保健提供现代科学依据。Objective:Based on infrared thermal imaging technology,to explore the effects of different sounds on the changes of qi activity of five zang-organs of the human body.Methods:From March to June 2019,thirty healthy college students as research objects,the pronunciation of five zang of traditional Qigong Wuyuanzhuang was used.After the system Wuyuanzhuang pronunciation training,the changes of infrared heat map of five zang-organ’s Alarm points before and after pronunciation were detected.The temperature of the five zang-organ’s Mu points was recorded and the corresponding statistical analysis was made.Results:After pronouncing the sound of Wuyuanzhuang of five zang-organs,including liver‘Tü’,heart‘Xin’,spleen‘Gang’,lung‘Sang’,kidney‘Ei’,the temperature of the corresponding five zang-organ’s Alarm points,that is Qimen(LR 14),Juque(CV 14),Zhangmen(LR 13),Zhongfu(LU1)and Jingmen(GB 25)was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The pronunciation of Wuyuanzhuang can strengthen the essence of the five zang-organs and different pronunciation of the five zang-organs has different effects on the five zang qi,which provides the modern scientific basis for the theory of‘guiding qi with sound’,as well as the traditional music therapy and health care and treatment.
