摘　　要：S-LAY作为海底管线铺设中常规的一种海管铺设方式,铺管船的铺设效率至关重要,甚至可以决定这条船的命运。文章以海洋石油201为例对S-LAY铺管船的海管铺设工序组成进行详细分解,依次对每道工序进行分析,找出影响效率的所有因素,并结合以往某些项目海管铺设效率实际案例,得出提高海管铺设效率的方法。S-lay is the most conventional way of submarine pipeline laying,and the laying efficiency of laying vessel is very important,even can determine the fate of the vessel.In this paper,taking offshore oil 201 as an example,the composition of subsea pipe laying process of S-lay pipe laying vessel is decomposed in detail,and each process is analyzed in turn to find out all factors affecting the efficiency.Combined with the actual cases of subsea pipe laying efficiency of some previous projects,the methods to improve the efficiency of subsea pipe laying are obtained.
