摘  要:以欧李品种京欧1号、农大6号、农大7号为试验材料,进行最佳生根基质配比(草炭∶珍珠岩∶蛭石=1∶3∶1)欧李嫩枝扦插试验。结果表明:京欧1号株高、叶绿素荧光参数均最高,为18.92 cm和0.825,京欧1号叶面积低于其他两个品种,京欧1号根长显著高于其他两个品种,京欧1号地上鲜重高于农大6号,与农大7号差异不显著,农大6号地上、地下干重均显著高于京欧1号和农大7号,三个欧李品种地径、根粗、地下鲜重差异不明显。基质配方适合京欧1号的嫩枝扦插育苗。With Jingou No.1,Nongda No.6 and Nongda No.7 of Cerasus humilis(Bge.)Sok.as experimental materials,the effect of matrix proportion on softwood cuttings of Cerasus humilis(Bge.)Sok.were studied,and the optimal proportion was peat∶perlite∶vermiculite=1∶3∶1.The results showed that Jingou No.1 had the largest plant height(18.92 cm)and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters(0.825).Leaf area of Jingou No.1 was lower than that of other two varieties.Root length of Jingou No.1 was significantly higher than that of other two varieties.Aboveground fresh weight of Jingou No.1 was higher than that of Nongda No.6,and had no significant difference with that of Nongda No.7.Aboveground and underground dry weight of Nongda No.6 were all higher than that of Jingou No.1 and Nongda No.7.There were no obvious differences in diameters of seedlings,root width and fresh weight among the three kinds of Cerasus humilis(Bge.)Sok..The matrix proportion was more suitable for softwood cuttings of Jingou No.1.
