摘 要:冰雪运动普及人员继续教育培训,已经进入到命题性引领与绩效性支持相结合的双元知识能力培育阶段,运用文献资料法、比较分析法、逻辑推理法等研究方法,对冰雪运动普及人员双元知识能力培育展开实践探索。研究认为,命题性知识能力是冰雪运动理论教育的体现,绩效性知识能力以冰雪运动技术为依托,在实践中验证理论的合理性与创造性。全面提升冰雪运动普及人员双元知识能力,为优化冰雪运动继续教育的培育结构制定与开展提供积极的借鉴。The continuing education and training of ice and snow sports popularization personnel has entered the stage of dual knowledge ability cultivation combining proposition guidance and performance support.By using the methods of literature review,comparative analysis and logical reasoning,this paper explores the cultivation of dual knowledge ability of ice and snow sports popularization personnel.The results show that propositional knowledge ability is the embodiment of theoretical education of ice and snow sports,and performance knowledge ability is based on ice and snow sports technology,which verifies the rationality and creativity of the theory in practice.It is necessary to comprehensively improve the dual knowledge ability of ice and snow sports popularization personnel,and provide positive reference for optimizing the cultivation structure of ice and snow sports continuing education.
