摘  要:精神分裂症的起因尚未明确,与之相关的脑机制异常也未得到统一的结论。近年来精神分裂症患者的症状与大脑功能连接脑网络之间的关系逐渐受到研究者的重视,因此也引起该领域学者对其中问题的广泛讨论。本文对精神分裂症相关的静息态和任务态功能连接和脑网络研究进行综述,详细梳理精神分裂症患者症状与大规模脑网络特征之间的关系,以期为精神分裂症诊断与治疗提出新的研究方向。The pathogenesis of schizophrenia(SCZ) is not yet clear, and the pathological changes of the brain activity remains debatable.There are still numerous unresolved issues and debates regarding the relationship between functional connection of the brain network and the symptoms of SCZ.In this paper, we provide a comprehensive review of recent research progresses on resting-state and task-based brain networks, which covers the symptoms of SCZ.Furthermore, we discuss the relationship between large-scale brain networks and SCZ symptoms, and propose possible future research directions in the field of SCZ diagnosis and treatment.
