摘　　要：亚健康从一个简单的概念到发展为一门独立的学科,经历了从无到有、从粗放到精细化的发展过程:回顾学科发展的十余年时间,中医亚健康学的学科内涵与外延逐渐明晰并在学科快速发展的过程中不断完善文章基于中医亚健康学的发展现状对亚健康的概念与界定、亚健康的分类与学科化发展、学科内涵和外延进行了深入的探讨,以期为本学科的后续发展提供理论参考。Subhealth has developed from a simple concept to an independent discipline, and has experienced a development process from nothing to everything, from extensive to refined. Looking back on the development of the discipline for more than ten years, the discipline connotation and extension of TCM subhealth discipline have gradually become clear and continuously improved in the course of rapid development of the discipline. Based on the current status of the development of TCM subhealth discipline, this article discussed the concept and definition of subhealth, the classification and development of subhealth, the connotation and extension of the discipline in order to provide a theoretical reference for the subsequent development of the discipline.
