摘　　要：内关是手厥阴心包经的络穴,是临床上广泛应用的腧穴之一,在针灸临床治疗疾病的过程中,发挥着至关重要的作用笔者以内关穴作为研究的切入点,通过对古医籍、文献的归纳和整理,分析内关穴名称的内在涵义,阐明内关穴的位置,梳理内关穴在针灸临床中的用法,阐述内关穴治疗疾病的原理,从“内关之意”“内关之所”“内关之法”“内关之用”4个方面对内关穴进行深入细致的探讨,以期在临床针灸治疗中发挥其更大功能,治疗更多疾病。Neiguan(PC 6)is the collateral point of the pericardium meridian of hand Jueyin.It is one of the widely used points in clinical practice.It plays a vital role in the clinical treatment of diseases with acupuncture.This article uses Neiguan(PC 6)as the starting point for the research,and analyzes the inner meaning of the name of Neiguan(PC 6),clarifies the location of Neiguan(PC 6),sorts out the usage of Neiguan(PC 6)in acupuncture and moxibustion through summarizing and collating ancient medical books and classical documents,and elaborates the principle of Neiguan(PC 6)for treating diseases,the full text will discuss the Neiguan(PC6)in detail from the four aspects of‘Neiguan(PC 6)connotation',‘Neiguan(PC 6)location',‘Neiguan(PC 6)usage',and'Neiguan(PC 6)function'.In clinical acupuncture treatment,it exerts its greater function and treats more diseases.
