基于《黄帝内经》五运六气理论对庚年出生患者先天禀赋与五脏病罹患规律的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨庚年出生患者的先天运气禀赋与五脏病罹患规律的相关性。方法:对1 386例庚年出生患者出生日期的相关五运六气要素进行统计学分析。结果:庚年出生患者五脏病罹患人数从多到少依次为脾系>心系>肝系>肺系>肾系,其中心系不寐最多、肾系早泄最少,在主运初运罹患最多、终运最少,客运四运罹患最多、三运最少,主气初之气最多、终之气最少,客气为少阳相火时最多、阳明燥金时最少。庚年出生在不同岁气的患者五脏病罹患规律为:子午之岁>辰戌之岁>寅申之岁,其中庚子、庚午岁罹患肝、心、脾系病在主运三运最多、终运最少,肝系、脾系在主气四之气、心系在三之气最多,终之气最少;庚辰、庚戌岁罹患肝、心、脾系病在主运初运、主气初之气最多,肝、心系病在终运、脾系病在四运最少,心、脾系病在五之气、肝系在终之气最少;庚寅、庚申岁肝系病在主运初运、主气初之气最多、终运最少,心、脾系病在主运二运最多、四运最少,心系病在主气二、三之气最多,脾系病在主气初、二之气最多,肝、心、脾系病均在终之气最少。上述除子午岁肝系病外均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:庚年出生患者先天运气禀赋和后天五脏病罹患规律与出生日期的主运、客运、主气、客气、司天、在泉均具有相关性。Objective: To analyze the correlation between the natural endowment of patients born in Geng year and the suffering rule of five zang-organs disease. Methods: Factors on theory of five movements and six factors related to birth date of 1 386 patients were statistically analyzed. Results: The attact rate of five zang-organs disease in Geng year was: spleen system>heart system>liver system>lung system>kidney system. Among them, the highest incidence of heart was insomnia, the lowest incidence of kidney was premature ejaculation with the most in initial movements and the least in finally moments of the main movement, with the most in the fourth movement and the least in the third movement of the object movement;and with the most in the initial factor and the least in the final factor of the main factor, with the most factor. The law of incidence of five zang-organs disease in Geng year at different years were: born in Ziwu year>born in Chenxu year>born in Yinshen year. Among them, Ziwu-year-old people suffering from liver, heart and spleen diseases in the third movement of the main movement were the most, in the finally movement of the main movement were the least. Liver and spleen diseases in the fourth movement and heart disease in the third movement of the main movement were the most, in the final movement were the least. Chenxu-year-old people suffering from liver, heart and spleen diseases in the initial movement and initial factor were the most, the diseases of liver and heart in the finial movement and spleen in the fourth movement were the least. The disease of heart and spleen in the fifth factor and liver disease in the final factor were the least. Yinshen-year-old people suffering from liver disease in the initial movement and initial factor were the most, in the final movement were the least. Spleen and heart disease in the second movement were the most, the fourth movement were the least.
