基于辟卦的时间节律-脏腑体系谈脏腑应时调摄

摘　　要：为探究十二辟卦、时间节律和藏象之间的联系,探寻脏腑的应时调摄之法。笔者通过研究子午流注学说与运气学说,归纳总结出日节律-脏腑体系与年节律-脏腑体系,并通过十二辟卦的卦辞与卦象来以宏统微,以微纳宏,将二者归于以其为基础的时间节律-脏腑体系,并分析其应时调摄之法。发现十二辟卦确可将日、年节律统而为一,并据其各自的卦辞与卦象来指导脏腑的应时调摄之法。以十二辟卦为基础的时间节律-脏腑体系不仅可以丰富中医学基础理论,扩大藏象学说的范围,更能在脏腑的应时调摄与防治疾病方面提供理论支持。To explore the relationship between dominated hexagrams,time rhythm and viscera state,and seeking the method of adjusting the viscera according to the time rhythm.By studying midday-midnight flowing of qi-blood point and the theory of five circuits and six qi,the author concluded the daily rhythm visceral system and the annual rhythm visceral system.By using the hexagram words and images of dominated hexagrams,command the microcosmic with the macroscopical view and bring up the macroscopical with the microcosmic view.Then sum them up into the time rhythm viscera system based on it,and analyze the method of adjusting the viscera according to the time rhythm.Dominated hexagrams can really unify the daily rhythm and the annual rhythm,and guide the method of adjusting the viscera according to the time rhythm according to their respective hexagram words and images.The time rhythm viscera system based on dominated hexagrams can not only enrich the basic theory of TCM,expand the scope of the theory of viscera state,but also provide theoretical support in the method of adjusting the viscera according to the time rhythm and the prevention and treatment of diseases.
