浅析少火与壮火的关系

摘　　要：在《黄帝内经》中“火”出现约240余次。对“少火”与“壮火”的论述,仅见于《素问•阴阳应象大论》。从古至今,各大医家对少火、壮火的涵义皆无定论,笔者通过对历代医家文章及当代文献的整理,浅析少火与壮火的关系,为初学者拨开云雾,以更好地指导临床实践,文章观点难免有失偏颇,请广大同行不吝指正。The character‘fire'appeared about 240 times in Huangdi Neijing,while the discussion about junior fire and sthenic fire only be found in the Suwen Yinyang Yingxiang Dalun.In all ages,there is no conclusion about the meaning of junior fire and sthenic fire.In this paper,it will analyze the relationship between junior fire and sthenic fire through straightening out the articles of doctors in previous dynasties as well as contemporary literature,for beginners to clear up the clouds and in order to guide the clinical practice better.Inevitably,there may be some biases.Comments and suggestions are welcomed.
