摘　　要：新医科建设的人才培养关系到新时代卫生健康事业的全面全周期发展。新冠疫情发生后,以医疗大数据、医学人工智能为代表的医疗信息技术迅速投入疫情防控的工作,对未来智能医学发展和新医科建设产生深远影响。本文就新医科的定义、背景,医学信息技术的已有成果、现实瓶颈和新冠疫情的影响,分别以知识体系、医疗理念、资源配置、信息技术与医科教学的融合和相关政策,探讨我国新医科与智能医学在疫情后时代的发展方向。The personnel training of new medical is related to the comprehensive and full cycle development of health in the new era.After the outbreak of COVID-19,medical information technology,represented by medical data and medical artificial intelligence,has been rapidly put into the work of epidemic prevention and control,which will have a far-reaching impact on the development of intelligent medicine and the new medicine.Based on the definition and background of new medicine,the achievements of medical information technology,the bottleneck of reality and the influence of COVID-19,this paper discusses the direction of development of new medical and intelligent medicine in the post epidemic era,include the with the integration of knowledge system,medical philosophy,resource allocation,integration of information technology and medical teaching and related policies.
