摘　　要：“课程思政”是新时期对高校教学所提出的新要求,对贯彻落实“以本为本”、立德树人的培养目标具有重要意义。《病理检验技术》是医学检验技术专业的基础理论和核心内容,理论与实践并重。本文通过重塑教学目标,明确教学使命;多角度融入思政元素,打造润物无声的教学课堂;以教研室为单位,加强思政队伍建设三个层面,阐述了在病理检验技术课程教学中融入思政教育的探索与实践。旨在教学过程中将知识传授、能力培养与价值引领有机结合,从而提升学生的综合素质,培养有理想、有信念、有温度的优秀医学检验技术人才。‘Ideological and Political Courses’is a new requirement for the teaching of Pathological Examination Technology in Colleges and Universities in the new era,and it is of great significance for Colleges and Universities to implement moral construction,cultivate talents,and achieve talent training goals.Pathological Examination Technology is the basic theory and core content of the Medical Laboratory Technology Major,which emphasizing both on theory and practice.In this article,the teaching exploration and practice of integrating ideological and political education into Pathological Examination Technology was described,mainly through three aspects:Reshaping the teaching goal;Incorporating ideological and political elements from multiple perspectives to infiltrate teaching;Strengthening the construction of ideological and political teachers,through the teaching and research section.By making knowledge transfer,ability training and value guidance work in the same direction to improve the comprehensive quality of students and cultivate socialist successors with ideals,convictions and warmth.
