摘 要:目的建立临床护理师资短期强化培训内容与方法,提升临床师资教学技能。方法构建强化培训内容,主要包括理论授课环节、教学观摩环节及教学实践环节,采取短期集中培训(总计32学时)的方式开展培训实践。将2017年运用短期强化培训方法与初始2013年的培训效果从培训人员的一般情况、人员类别构成、培训内容创新性与结合临床发展需要满意度方面进行比较,结果统计分析采用χ^(2)检验。结果不同层次包括年龄、学历、职称及工作岗位的护理师资均有培训需求,实施5年后调查结果显示,学员对培训内容适应临床护理需求满意度及认同培训内容创新性方面均达到100%。结论通过短期集中强化培训,显著提升了临床护理师资教学技能,为临床护理老师教学技能培训探索了一条有效路径。Objective To establish short-term intensive training contents and methods for clinical nursing faculties to improve their teaching skills.Methods The contents of the intensive training program consist of theoretical teaching,observing,and practice teaching in a short-term and centralized way(32 study hours in total)were constructed.The short-term intensive training method used in 2017 and the initial training effect in 2013 were compared in terms of the general situation of the trainers,the personnel composition,the innovation of training content,and the satisfaction with the needs of clinical development.Theχ^(2) test is used for statistical analysis.Results Nursing faculties of different ages,education background,professional titles and job positions all have training needs.The survey results after five years of implementation show that the trainees′satisfaction with the training content to meet clinical nursing needs and recognition of the innovation of the training content reached 100%.Conclusion Short-term centralized intensive training program significantly improves clinical nursing faculties′teaching skills and provides,an efficient path in future exploration of the teaching skills training program for clinical nursing faculty.
