摘  要:食管腺癌是严重威胁我国居民健康的一种常见胃肠道恶性肿瘤,明确其发病机制和生物学特征是临床研究的热点。目前食管腺癌模型构建方法主要有手术模拟构建法、化学致癌剂诱导法、原位移植构建法等,应用不同的肿瘤建模方法研究食管腺癌的发生机制和病理机制,有利于患者的早期诊疗和预后评估。可视化原位人源肿瘤模型能高度还原肿瘤生长的微环境,有效避免肿瘤患者个体间的差异,在耐药机制研究和临床预后评估中具有重要作用。然而关于食管腺癌的动物模型构建较少,因此构建一个理想的肿瘤动物模型至关重要。Esophageal adenocarcinoma is a common gastrointestinal malignancy that seriously threatens the health of Chinese residents.It is a hot spot of the clinical research to clarify the pathogenesis and biological characteristics.Currently,esophageal adenocarcinoma model construction methods include surgical simulation,chemical carcinogen induction,orthotopic transplantation,etc.Different tumor modeling methods are used to study the etiology and pathogenesis of esophageal adenocarcinoma,which is conducive to the early diagnosis and treatment,and prognosis evaluation.Patient-derived organoids-based xenograft visualization model can highly restore the microenvironment of tumor growth and effectively avoid the differences between individual patients,which plays an important role in drug resistance mechanism research and clinical prognosis evaluation.However,few animal models of esophageal adenocarcinoma have been constructed,so it is very important to construct an ideal animal model of the tumor.
