摘　　要：钙黏蛋白中的多个成员与食管鳞癌的侵袭转移有关,其中上皮钙黏素通过Wnt/β联蛋白等通路影响食管鳞癌的进展和预后;免疫球蛋白超家族成员对食管鳞癌细胞的生长转移有显著影响,可作为预后指标和治疗靶点;整合素家族的α_(5)、α_(6)、α_(7)、α_(11)、β_(1)等在食管鳞癌细胞中的表达明显上调,可作为侵袭指标;选择素主要参与食管鳞癌细胞的血行转移;其他细胞黏附分子,如CD44、闭合蛋白、上皮细胞黏附分子也可影响食管鳞癌的侵袭转移。深入研究黏附分子与食管鳞癌的关系对食管鳞癌的早期诊断、预后和治疗靶点的选择有重要意义。Several elements of cadherin are related to the invasive migration of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,in which E-cadherin influences the progression and prognosis through Wnt/β-catenin pathway.Members of the immunoglobulin superfamily have a significant impact on the cell growth and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,and can be used as prognosis indicators and therapeutic targets.The expression of integrinα_(5),α_(6),α_(7),α_(11)andβ_(1)etc.is increased significantly in esophageal squamous carcinoma cells,which could be used as invasion indicators.Selectin is mainly involved in hematogenous metastasis of esophageal squamous carcinoma cells.Other cell adhesion molecules,such as CD44,claudins,epithelial cell adhesion molecule etc.can also influence the invasive migration of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.The in-depth study of the correlation between adhesion molecules and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is of great significance for the early diagnosis,prognosis and selection of therapeutic targets.
