团体生涯辅导体系下大学生生涯规划研究——以职业技术学院学生为例

摘　　要：当前,职业生涯规划在高校教育工作中日益受到重视。我国生涯规划教育存在重理论、轻实践,学生难以根据理论知识规划职业生涯等问题。团体生涯辅导是通过成员间互动进行的生涯辅导形式,帮助学生实现学业成功和正确择业。该文以中国民航大学职业技术学院学生为研究群体,从自我认知、性格分析、生涯规划等维度,评价团体生涯辅导对大学生生涯规划的成效。结果显示,经过辅导的学生,基本能够做到适应大学生活并结合自身性格与技能规划未来发展。At present,career planning is paid more and more attention to in the education of colleges and universities.There are some problems in the education of career planning in China,such as emphasizing theory and ignoring practice,and it is difficult for students to plan their career according to theoretical knowledge.Group career guidance is a form of career guidance through interaction among members,helping students achieve academic success and correct career selection.Taking the students of the Vocational and Technical College of China University of Civil Aviation as the research group,this paper evaluates the effect of group career guidance on the career planning of college students from the aspects of self-awareness,personality analysis and career planning.The results show that the students who have been tutored can basically adapt to university life,combine their own personality and skills,and plan for future development.
