个性化复合树脂分层修复比色板的设计与临床应用

摘　　要：目的为方便临床医师在应用复合树脂修复牙齿缺损时进行比色,设计一种牙科复合树脂分层修复比色系统。方法本比色系统包括比色板底板,复合树脂比色片及比色片制作模具3个部分,可以实现对牙齿不同位置进行精准比色并定量明确各区域所使用树脂的种类及对应的厚度。选取54名患者的87颗缺损前牙,分别使用个性化比色板+分层复合树脂修复及VITA Classical比色板+单层复合树脂修复两种方法比色并治疗,随访一年,评价两种方法的患者满意度。结果使用分层比色修复法的满意率高于传统比色修复法,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本比色系统较传统比色板具有更好的比色效果及治疗满意度,具有实际应用价值。Objective In order to make it easier for clinicians to perform color comparison before the restoration of the defect teeth with composite resin,a dental shade guide system for multi-shade composite resin restoration was designed.Methods The dental shade guide system included three parts:the base plate,composite resin sheet and the mold,which can determine the color accurately at the different areas of the teeth and quantify the type and thickness of the composite resin in use.A total of 87 defective anterior teeth of 54 patients were treated with composite resin based on two methods of color comparison combine with different restoration techniques.The satisfaction rate of the two methods was detected after one-year follow-up.Results The satisfaction rate in the group using the new method of color comparison combined with multi-shade resin restoration is higher than that using the traditional method.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion This dental shade guide system for multi-shade composite resin restoration has better effects and satisfaction than the traditional shade guide,showing the good value in practical applications.
