摘 要:研究了工艺参数对乳粉喷雾干燥系统生命周期环境影响的不确定性,运用生命周期评价(Life Cycle Assessment,LCA)方法和R软件构建了系统的生命周期评价模型,将蒙特卡洛方法和经验累积分布函数(Empirical Cumulative Distribution Function,ECDF)方法相结合,分析了乳粉喷雾干燥过程的5个工艺参数对系统的环境影响的不确定性,运用(Treed Gaussian process,TGP)树型高斯过程方法研究了寻找对环境影响最大的工艺参数。结果表明乳粉喷雾干燥系统的环境影响总值主要分布在1.8×104~2.1×104之间,干燥塔进口空气温度对环境影响最大,占比约92%,且呈正相关性,其次为排风机和进风机的全风压,对环境的影响占比分别约6%和2%,浓缩乳进料温度和干燥塔废气温度对环境的影响较小。In order to analyze the uncertainty of the process parameters on the environmental impact of the milk powder spray drying system in the whole life cycle,the Life Cycle Assessment(LCA)method and R software are used to build the life cycle assessment model of the sys⁃tem.The Monte Carlo method and the Empirical Cumulative Distribution Function(ECDF)method are combined to analyze the uncer⁃tainty of the environmental impact of the five process parameters of the milk powder spray drying process.The treed Gaussian process(TGP)method is used to find the parameters which have the greatest impact on the environment.The results show that the total environ⁃mental impact of the system is mainly distributed between 1.8×104 to 2.1×104.The temperature of the air at the inlet of the drying tower has the greatest impact on the environment,accounting for about 92%,and a positive correlation.Followed by the total wind pressure of the ex⁃haust fan and the intake fan,the environmental impact accounted for about 6%and 2%respectively,and the feed temperature of concentra⁃tion of milk and the temperature of exhaust gas of the drying tower had little impact on the environment。
