摘　　要：目的提高前列腺大组织切片免疫组织化学检测制片质量,并探讨其在前列腺微小癌鉴别诊断中的意义方法通过对20例前列腺微小癌大组织切片及20例前列腺微小癌常规病理切片进行P504S、P63、34βE12免疫组织化学检测,分析检测过程中出现的问题,改良检测过程中所需的仪器、设备及检测步骤,总结经验教训,并分析免疫组织化学检测在诊断前列腺微小癌中的价值。结果20例前列腺微小癌大组织免疫组织化学检测切片优良率为98%。前列腺大组织切片及常规病理切片微小癌组织P504S均阳性表达,P63、34βE12均阴性表达,其旁良性前列腺腺体P504S阴性,P63、34βE12阳性。结论前列腺大组织切片免疫组织化学检测技术经过改良后着色定位准确,对于前列腺微小癌诊断具有重要意义。Objective The study aimed to improve the quality of immunohistochemistry in whole mount sections of prostate and to study its significance in the differential diagnosis of prostate microcarcinoma.Methods Immuno-histochemical detection of P504S,P63,and 34βE12 was performed in 20 whole mount sections and 20 routine patholo-gical sections of prostate microcarcinoma samples.We analyzed the problems in the detection process;improved the instruments,equipment,and detection procedures;summarized the experience;and analyzed the significance of im-munohistochemistry in prostate microcarcinomadiagnosis.Results The excellent and good rate of immunohistochemistry of 20 whole mount section of prostate was 98%.In prostate microcarcinoma samples,P504S was positive and P63 and 34βE12 were negative,whereas in benign prostate gland samples,P504S was negative and P63and 34βE12 were positive.Conclusion The immunohistochemicalstaining and localization of P504S,P63,and 34βE12 were found to be accurate using the modified immunohistochemical detection technique in whole mount sections of prostate,and the technique has great significance for prostate microcarcinomadiagnosis.
