摘  要:目的:探讨经颅磁电结合刺激技术对阿尔茨海默病患者认知功能以及安全性的影响。方法:选取某院收治的阿尔茨海默病患者130例进行研究,将患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各65例,对照组采用经颅磁电脑病治疗仪进行模拟治疗,观察组行经颅磁电结合刺激技术治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果:治疗后,观察组患者认知功能(MoCA)评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组患者简易精神评定量表评分(MMSE)明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者日常生活能力评分比较,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)比较均无较大差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应情况对比无较大差异(P>0.05)。结论:予以阿尔茨海默病患者经颅磁电结合刺激技术治疗效果理想,有利于改善患者认知功能,且安全性较高,可推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of combined transcranial magnetoelectric stimulation on the cognitive function and safety of patients with Alzheimer's disease.Methods:130 Alzheimer's disease patients admitted to a hospital were selected for research and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.65 cases in the control group was given transcranial magnetic computerized disease treatment instrument for simulation treatment,and 65 cases in the observation group was combined transcranial magnetoelectric stimulation technology,then the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:After treatment,the cognitive function(MoCA)scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the MMSE scores of the observation group of patients were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Comparing the scores of daily living ability of the two groups of patients,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)(P>0.05),and after treatment,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:combined transcranial magnetoelectric stimulation for Alzheimer's disease patients has an ideal therapeutic effect,which is beneficial to improve the cognitive function of patients,with high safety,and can be popularized and applied.
