消化道钡餐和MSCT对诊断胃肠道间质瘤的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:对比消化钡餐及MSCT对诊断胃肠道间质瘤的临床应用价值。方法:选择某院2016年3月~2017年3月期间就诊的34例胃肠道间质瘤患者,对其分别采用消化道钡餐与MSCT检查方法,之后分析并评价两种检查方法对胃肠道间质瘤临床诊断结果及临床价值。结果:经临床病理证实,34例患者中胃间质瘤患者20例,肠道间质瘤患者11例,十二指肠及胃同时发病患者3例;34例患者中经MSCT诊断后确诊为胃间质瘤患者18例,肠道间质瘤10例,恶性9例,良性19例;经消化钡餐诊断后确诊为胃间质瘤患者11例,肠道间质瘤5例,恶性3例,良性13例。MSCT诊断符合率为82.35%,经消化道钡餐诊断符合率为47.06%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MSCT诊断符合率明显高于消化道钡餐诊断符合率,为胃肠道间质瘤病症诊断提供可靠的数据,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective:To compare the diagnostic value of barium radiography and MSCT(multi-slice computed tomography)in gastrointestinal stromal tumor.Methods:34 gastrointestinal stromal tumor patients checked in a hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected,and barium radiography and MSCT were performed,then the diagnostic results and value of two examinations were evaluated.Results:Clinical pathology results indicated 20 cases of gastric stromal tumor,11 cases of intestinal stromal tumor,3 cases of duodenal and stomach disease.MSCT showed 18 cases of gastric stromal tumor,10 cases of intestinal stromal tumor,9 malignant cases and 19 benign cases;Barium radiography confirmed 11 cases of gastric stromal tumor,5 cases of intestinal stromal tumor,3 malignant cases and 13 benign cases.Diagnosis accordance rate of MSCT and barium radiography was 82.35%and 47.06%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diagnosis accordance rate of MSCT is significantly higher than that of barium radiography,which provides reliable data for the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor and has high clinical promotion value.
