摘　　要：采用个案研究、专家访谈、数理统计等研究方法,对孔令微备战世锦赛赴美期间训练安排情况进行系统分析,以期借鉴国外优秀教练员雷诺训练经验,为我国女子短跑运动员训练提供新思路,为接力兼项运动员训练提供参考依据。结果表明:孔令微赴美期间共安排三个阶段的训练,第一阶段安排大量技术诊断训练工作,贯穿全周的一般体能训练,有助于补充体能短板和恢复体能水平;第二阶段主要训练安排围绕弥补孔令微起跑技术和爆发力短板展开,技术训练手段多样且高效,体能训练手段丰富且针对性强;第三阶段的训练以赛代练,检验训练效果,同时查找训练中存在的不足。Based on case study,expert interviews and mathematical statistics,the paper systematically analyzed the training arrangements of Kong Lingwei during his preparation for the World Championships in the United States,in order to learn from the training experience of elite foreign coach Renault,providing new ideas for training and reference for the training of relay athletes.Results showed that Kong arranged three stages of training during his visit to the United States.The first stage arranged a large amount of technical diagnosis training,and the general physical training throughout the week,which was helpful to replenish physical weakness and restore physical fitness.The main training arrangements for the second stage are focused on making up for the Kong's micro-starting technique and shortcomings in explosive force.The technical training methods are diverse and efficient,and the physical training methods are rich and targeted.The third stage of training is based on competition to test the training effect,and at the same time to find the shortcomings in the training.
