摘　　要：通过文献资料法、视频分析法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等方法,对2019年世界游泳锦标赛花样游泳集体自由自选决赛中获得金、银牌的俄罗斯队和中国队进行技术对比分析,总结中俄两队的技术特点和长处,分析研究中国队集体自由自选与俄罗斯队存在的差距,为中国花样游泳的发展提供理论借鉴。Based on documentation,video observation,expert interview and mathematical statistics,this paper compared the techniques of the Chinese team with those of the Russian team that won the gold and silver medals in the synchronized swimming team free final of the 2019 FINA World Masters Championships.It summarizes the technical characteristics and strengths of the two teams,and analyzes the gap between two teams,aiming to provide theoretical reference for the development of Chinese synchronized swimming.
