摘 要:目的探讨机器人导航下单边弯角椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的效果。方法选取2020年4月~2020年12月在本院接受机器人导航下单边弯角椎体成形术治疗的骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者36例,观察椎体后凸角度、手术时间、骨水泥用量、X线透视次数、术后并发症及手术前后VAS评分。结果36例患者均顺利完成手术,术中均未出现血管和神经损伤。手术时间平均(39.1±7.2)min,术中透视次数为(10.3±3.9)次,骨水泥注入量平均(5.1±1.3)mL。术中出现3例骨水泥渗漏,发生率8.33%。骨水泥双侧分布为Ⅰ级21例,Ⅱ级12例,Ⅲ级3例。术后疼痛VAS评分较术前显著改善(P<0.05)。结论机器人导航下单边弯角椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折,可有效减少透视次数,同时具有满意的双侧骨水泥分布和降低骨水泥渗漏等优点,术后患者可获得满意的临床效果。Objective To investigate the effect of unilateral curved vertebroplasty under robot navigation in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF).Methods From April 2020 to December 2020,36 patients with OVCF who received robot guided unilateral curved vertebroplasty in the First People's Hospital of Suzhou were reviewed.The kyphosis angle,operation time,amount of bone cement,number of X-ray fluoroscopy,postoperative complications,and VAS scores before and after surgery were observed.Results All 36 patients completed the operation successfully,and no vascular or nerve injury occurred during operation.The average operation time was(39.1±7.2)min,the number of intraoperative fluoroscopy was(10.3±3.9),and the average injection amount of bone cement was(5.1±1.3)mL.There were 3 cases of bone cement leakage,the incidence rate was 8.33%.Bone cement distribution was levelⅠin 21 cases,levelⅡin 12 cases,levelⅢin 3 cases.The postoperative VAS scores were significantly improved compared with before surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Unilateral curved vertebroplasty with robot navigation can effectively reduce the number of fluoroscopy,and has the advantages of satisfactory distribution of bone cement and reduction of bone cement leakage,patients can also obtain satisfactory clinical effect after surgery.
