摘　　要：《温疫论》作为我国第一部论述急性传染性疾病的专著,体现了吴有性在疫病辨证及论治方面的诸多独到见解,即在病因上明确提出“异气”致病,创造性地以膜原为主要病位,提出“治疫以逐邪为第一要义”,倡导治疗以攻邪为主兼顾扶正,重视“汗法”“下法”的使用,运用灵活多变的药物配伍创达原饮、三消饮等名方,奠定了疫病辨证治疗的理论基石。As China’s first monograph on the acute infectious diseases,Wenyi Lun(On Plague Diseases)embodies Wu Youxing’s many unique insights into the syndrome differentiation and treatment of epidemic diseases.In terms of etiology,he clearly puts forward“unique abnormal qi”as the cause of epidemic diseases.He creatively takes the membrane as the main disease location.He argues that“eliminating pathogenic factors is the most important point in the treatment of epidemics”,advocating that treatment should focus on attacking evils while strengthening the vital qi at the same time.He attaches great importance to the use of“diaphoresis”and“purgative method”.He makes use of flexible and changeable drugs compatibility to create famous prescriptions such as Dayuan Yin and Sanxiao Yin.He lays the theoretical cornerstone for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of epidemic diseases.
