俞募配穴与普通针刺对轻度认知障碍患者临床疗效对比观察

摘　　要：目的探究俞募配穴与普通针刺治疗轻度认知障碍的临床疗效。方法选择120例轻度认知障碍患者,采用随机数字表法分为俞募配穴组与普通针刺组,各60例。俞募配穴组予俞募配穴针刺治疗,普通针刺组予普通针刺治疗,比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后日常生活能力评分、韦氏成人智力量表(WAIS-RC)及韦式记忆量表(WMS)评分。结果俞募配穴组总有效率(52/60,86.67%)明显优于普通针刺组(68.33%,41/60)(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组日常生活能力评分及WMS评分均升高,WAIS-RC评分降低(均P<0.05)。与普通针刺组比较,俞募配穴组评分指标较普通针刺组均明显改善(P<0.05)。结论俞募配穴治疗轻度认知障碍比普通针刺可获得更好的效果,能够有效改善相关症状,提高患者的日常生活能力、智力与记忆功能。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the combined acupuncture at Shu and Mu points and the ordinary acupuncture in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment.Methods A total of 120 patients with mild cognitive impairment were enrolled as the study subjects and randomly divided into the Shu-Mu point group and the ordinary acupuncture group,with 60 cases in each group.The Shu-Mu point group was treated with the combined acupuncture at Shu and Mu points,and the ordinary acupuncture group was treated with the ordinary acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,the ability of daily living(ADL)scores before and after treatment,the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale(WAIS-RC)and the Wechsler Memory Scale(WMS)scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate(86.67%,52/60)of the Shu-Mu point group was significantly better than that of the ordinary acupuncture group(68.33%,41/60)(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the ADL scores and WMS scores of the two groups were increased,while the WAIS-RC scores were decreased(all P<0.05).Compared with the ordinary acupuncture group,the scoring indexes of the Shu-Mu point group were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined acupuncture at Shu and Mu points can achieve better effect than the ordinary acupuncture in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment,effectively promote the improvement of the related symptoms,and improve the patients’ability of daily living,intelligence and memory.
