摘　　要：目的了解手术室医护人员对手术安全核查制度的认知情况和态度,分析存在的问题,为提高手术团队对核查重视程度,保证手术安全、有效的实施,增进团队合作以及预防医疗失误的发生提供有效分析。方法采用电子问卷的方式,随机对手术医生、麻醉医生、手术室护士进行问卷调查。结果回收有效问卷167份,受访者认为手术安全核查显著改善了围手术期安全,减少了并发症和错误并提高患者安全性,促进了手术团队成员之间的沟通,显著改善了手术室工作效率,减少不必要的资源和时间的浪费。结论手术安全核查制度的施行,提高了患者安全性。Objective To work out the cognition and attitudes of the medical staff in operating rooms towards the operation safety check system,analyze the existing problems,and provide an effective analysis for improving the attention of the operation team to the operation safety check,ensuring the safe and effective implementation of operations,enhancing the team cooperation and preventing the occurrence of medical errors.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among surgeons,anesthesiologists and nurses in operating rooms by means of an electronic questionnaire.Results A total of 167 valid questionnaires were recovered.The respondents believed that the operation safety check significantly improved the perioperative safety,reduced the complications and errors,improved the safety of patients,promoted the communication among the team members,significantly improved the work efficiency and reduced the unnecessary waste of resources and time.Conclusion The implementation of the operation safety check system has improved the safety of patients.
