基于微课的高职学生自主学习能力培养研究

摘　　要：自主学习能力作为21世纪人才必备的能力,对学生自主学习能力的培养具有重要的意义。通过分析利用微课培养高职学生自主学习能力的优势,采用实证研究的方法进行一个学期的基于微课的混合教学实践,采用观察法和问卷调查法分析混合教学下学生的线上自主学习和课堂学习参与度。研究结果表明学生线上自主学习和课堂学习参与度尚可,性别对学生自主学习行为有显著的影响,旨在为高职学生自主学习能力的培养提供一定的参考。As an indispensable ability in the 21 st century, it is of great significance to cultivate students’ independent learning ability. Based on the analysis of the advantages of using micro class to cultivate students’ independent learning ability, this paper uses the method of empirical research to carry out a semester of blended teaching practice based on micro course. The observation and questionnaire survey are used to analyze the online independent learning and classroom learning participation of students under the blending teaching. The results show that students’ participation in online independent learning and classroom learning is acceptable, and gender has a significant impact on students’ independent learning behavior, which aims to provide some reference for the cultivation of higher vocational students’ independent learning ability.
