摘　　要：目的构建适合我国国情的临床护士灾害护理能力培训方案,旨在为管理者开展相关培训提供理论指导。方法参考相关文献拟定临床护士灾害护理能力培训方案,采用德尔菲法对来自急危重症医疗护理领域、护理管理领域以及护理教育领域的18名专家进行2轮专家函询。结果2轮专家函询的积极系数分别为90%、100%;专家权威系数分别为0.893、0.909;第2轮函询一级、二级、三级指标专家意见肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.387、0.306、0.352(P<0.001)。最终形成包括4个一级指标(防灾/减灾能力、备灾能力、应对能力、恢复/重建能力)、8个二级指标和35个三级指标的临床护士灾害护理能力培训方案。结论构建的临床护士灾害护理能力培训方案有着较强的针对性,对临床护士灾害护理能力的培养具有一定指导意义。Objective To construct a disaster nursing competency training program for clinical nurses based on the realities in China,providing theoretical guidance for managers who plan to carry out relevant training.Methods The disaster nursing competency training program for clinical nurses was drawn up by referring to relevant literature.Based on the Delphi method,2 rounds of consultation were conducted with 18 experts from the fields of acute and critical disease nursing,nursing management and nursing education.Results For the 2 rounds of expert consultation,the positive coefficients were 90% and 100%,the authoritative coefficients were 0.893 and 0.909,respectively.For the 2nd round of consultation,Kendall's concordance coefficients of expert opinions for the first,second and third-level indicators were 0.387,0.306,and 0.352,respectively(P<0.001).Finally,a disaster nursing competency training program for clinical nurses was formed involving 4 first-level indicators(disaster prevention/mitigation ability,disaster preparedness ability,coping ability,and recovery/reconstruction ability),8 second-level indicators,and 35 third-level indicators.Conclusion The disaster nursing competency training program for clinical nurses is well-directed.It is of certain significance for guiding disaster nursing competency training of clinical nurses.
