茶枝柑(广陈皮)初加工机械装备技术现状与对策

摘　　要：由于广陈皮药食同源特性以及“柑普茶”的市场拓展,近几年广陈皮产业规模快速增大,传统的茶枝柑初加工人工作业模式已无法满足目前市场需求。为提高茶枝柑初加工生产效率,降低劳动成本,实现规模化和标准化生产,首先研究茶枝柑初加工传统工艺流程,然后分析茶枝柑清洗分选机械、柑普茶初加工机械、广陈皮初加工机械以及集中干燥设备等技术研究进展,指出目前茶枝柑初加工各环节机械化中存在缺乏理论基础研究,以及受传统制作工艺约束影响造成的机械化程度低等问题。最后从农机与农艺结合、重视传统工艺与现代化技术相结合以及未来市场技术需求等角度出发,提出有待突破的核心关键技术、引导政策、技术生态和示范性基地推广等几个方面的对策,为茶枝柑初加工机械化发展提供参考。Due to the medical and culinary properties of Citrus reticulata‘Chachi’,the Citrus reticulata‘Chachi’industry has grown rapidly in recent years.As a result,the traditional manual primary processing mode has been unable to meet the current market demand.In order to improve the production efficiency of Citrus reticulata Blanco primary processing,reduce labor costs,and achieve scale and standardization,this article first introduced the traditional process of Citrus reticulata Blanco processing,and then described the research progress of Citrus reticulata Blanco cleaning and sorting machinery,Citrus Tea primary processing machinery,Citrus reticulata‘Chachi’primary processing machinery,and centralized drying equipment.It was pointed out that the current mechanization of each link of Citrus reticulata Blanco primary processing lacked theoretical basis,and the constraints of traditional production technology caused the low degree of mechanization.Finally,from the perspective of the combination of agricultural machinery and agronomy,the importance of combining traditional techniques with modern technology,and the technological needs of the future market,this paper provided a reference for the development of Citrus reticulata Blanco primary processing machinery that suggested on core key technologies to be broken through,guiding policies,technology ecology,and demonstration base promotion.
